Founded in 1996 by former University of Maryland football player Kevin Plank, Under Armour is the originator of performance apparel – gear engineered to keep athletes cool, dry and light throughout the course of a game, practice or workout. The technology behind Under Armour’s diverse product assortment for men, women and youth is complex, but the program for reaping the benefits is simple: wear HeatGear® when it’s hot, ColdGear® when it’s cold, and AllSeasonGear® between the extremes.

At AvaTech, we build proactive avalanche safety systems to help people make better decisions in the backcountry. The SP1 is a rugged and portable probe that gathers instant, objective information about the snowpack. AvaNetTM is a cloud platform that helps professionals manage, track and share SP1 data as well as manual snowpack observations.
At BCA, our mission is to save lives, not just pump products. As a leader in our industry, we need to be responsible about sending people into the backcountry. They need to be equipped not just with products, but with education.
