Behind the scenes – CO pond skim

This weekend marked a gathering of several of skiing’s finest for a one of a kind, invite-only film shoot at a remote high alpine lake.  The goal?  To close out the ski season with an epic pond skim session, complete with a party atmosphere at 11,400 ft at Silverton Mountain Ski Area.  The result?  Mission accomplished.  Amid challenging weather and difficult snow conditions, MSP – along with a group of friends that included Mark Abma, Michelle Parker, Tanner Rainville, Bobby Brown, and others – successfully completed the inaugural Professional Pond Skim Challenge.  See the photos for more coverage!
